Arrived to perform 2 system heating maintenance. Systems are 2016 Trane gas pack which services the first floor and 2005 Trane Furnace/AC which services the second floor of the home. Performed test/inspection of all heating components along with heating operation. Also cleaned all burner areas and flame safety systems. Systems are operating properly at this time however there are areas of concern with the systems. The first floor system has bacterial contamination throughout the blower cabinet. He amount of rust present shows there was a drainage issue at a period of time with the system. Second floor system has a rusted indoor coil. Also the furnace did have an issue lighting the second burner however furnace did begin to operate properly after a few tries. Informed homeowner of findings and discussed repair options as well as briefly discussing system retirement options due to the age and condition of the second floor system. Thank you for choosing Heroes Heating And Cooling!
