Checked both upstairs and downstairs ac upstairs unit is good and everything is in factory range the downstairs unit I found a little low on Freon gave costumer price to replace coil.

Found system drain pan full of water. Customer has a clogged drain line. Also customers drain line safety switch is bad it should have cut the system off before pan can fill up with water. Cleared drain pan and drain line. System cut back on. Checked pressures and system is cooling. Will return to install drain line safety switch

Found clogged drain line cleared it and everything is working good now

Found system low on charge. Customer has a leak in indoor heat transfer coil. Also found dual start assembly almost completely out. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are getting damaged. Found contactor assembly pitted. Found outdoor coils dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer said they have home warranty. They will call us back

Found leak in coil,pitted contacter, bad dual start,clogged drain line. Customer wants a second opinion.

Preformed tune up checked duct system for leaks and growth and found duct system starting to get dirty. Checked all safeties. Checked blower amps 1.5. Checked flame sensor 2.8. Checked combustion system 1.2. Checked ignition system 55. Dual start assembly 35/4.9.

Found system combustion system bad. Also found heat exchanger extremely rusted. Told customer we have to shut heat off because I’m 95% sure it’s a crack in the heat exchanger but I’m unable to get to it because the gas line is in the way and is extremely rusted to where you can’t pop it open. Found duct system dirty also. Gave customer options to make Repairs customer is talking to comfort advisor about replacement

York 14 seer air conditioner system and 80% gas furnace

Found system with no gas going into system. Found gas locked out. Told customer they need to get gas cut on first. Also found both single and dual start assemblies reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor compressor and outdoor fan are getting damaged. Also found pitted contactor assembly. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer said he is going to get gas cut on first.

Found system combustion system bad. Also found corrosion on flame safety system. Found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are getting damaged. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Customer renewed maintenance agreement. Will order parts and return to replace parts

Dual start assembly 1-44.7/5 out of 45/5. 2-50/4.6 out of 50/5. Customer is talking to comfort advisor about Vapor barrier replacement
