Performed full system check up on both heat and ac everything is in factory range and ducts are clean no recommendations at the time costumer noted that he was noticing system having hard time keeping up in the summer when it’s 90+ I informed costumer that I checked pressures and didn’t find any leaks told costumer we will be able to get a better reading when it gets hotter outside.

Found pitted contacter on downstairs 2017 package unit I identified the problem to the costumer they said they want to wait until part makes unit cut off. Other than contacter everything looked good. 2023 split system gas furnace looks goods.

Checked both upstairs and downstairs ac upstairs unit is good and everything is in factory range the downstairs unit I found a little low on Freon gave costumer price to replace coil.

Found system drain pan full of water. Customer has a clogged drain line. Also customers drain line safety switch is bad it should have cut the system off before pan can fill up with water. Cleared drain pan and drain line. System cut back on. Checked pressures and system is cooling. Will return to install drain line safety switch

Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are getting damaged. Found contactor assembly pitted. Found outdoor coils dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs.
