Checked 2016 lennex gas pack spark igniter is bad and dual start is barely in rating told costumer that it was urgent to get both parts replaced but spark igniter is needed to get furnace running. Costumer wants to replace spark igniter. We will return to
System is in factory range unit had very dirty ductwork gave costumer prices to get cleaned and he wants me to give him a call back tomorrow

2022 Coleman heat pump everything is in factory range ducts have already been cleaned don’t have any recommends
Found downstairs system thermostat blank. Customer has a bad thermostat Upon further inspection found bad thermostat. Also found clogged drain line. Cleared drain line and system is draining normal at this time. Will return to replace thermostat under warranty

Found drain line clogged. Cleared drain line. System is draining normal at this time
Found clogged drain line cleared from the top, but wasn’t able to find where it was coming out of senior tech will come back to make sure everything is working
Found system drain line clogged upon arrival. Also found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outs fan are getting damaged. Replaced dual start assembly under warranty. Also installed Torbo booster. System is cooling normal at this time

Found system drain pan full of water. Customer has a clogged drain line. Also found both single and dual start assemblies reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and fam are both getting damaged. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Replaced both single and dual start assemblies. System cut back on. Checked pressures and system is cooling at this time

Found bad single start, contacter and compressor client wants to talk to sales guy.
Found system high pressure switch bad on outdoor unit causing system to cut off and not run. Bypassed switch. System is cooling at this time. Will order new high pressure switch.
Found system filter clogged. Removed filter. System is not making noise anymore. Checked complete system and found outdoor coils dirty. Also found drain line clogged. Will return to clean unit and clear drain line.
Found bad breaker box customer is going through his duke energy plan to get it fixed.
Installed two east start assists on both upstairs and downstairs units.
Found no vapor barrier. Found ducts dirty. Systems are cooling normal.
Found system with no power to thermostat. Upon further inspection found bad transformer assembly. Also found pitted contactor. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer said she will talk with her husband and call us back to schedule
Found condensate pump plug unplugged. Plugged pump back up system is operating normal
Preformed full system tune up. Checked duct system for growth and leaks. Cleared drain line. Cleaned coils. Checked all safeties. Checked blower amps 1.76. Checked heater kit 20. Checked compressor amps 5.6. Chceked outdoor fan amps .89. Checked refrigerant pressures 250/130
