Told customer every time systems start the blower motors are getting damaged. Also found dual start assembly upstairs below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor is getting damaged. Found both upstairs and downstairs contactor assembly pitted. Replaced all components upstart and downstairs. Systems are operating normal at this time.

Found system outdoor unit not running. Upon further inspection found bad smart complete air movement system. Also found duct system dirty. Found no drain pan or thermostat whip covers gave customer options to make repairs. Will return to replace complete air movement system, clean out duct and install 30x60 drain pan

Found system thermostat constantly passing power to thermostat for heat strips. Customer has a bad thermostat. Also found no return box. Found no cover on thermostat wire. Found duct system dirty. Will return to make repairs and clean duct

The heat strips contactor was found faulty mixing voltage, and blowing the fuse on the system when calling for auxiliary heat. A replacement is needed for proper auxiliary heat function.

Here a fall maintenance performed, and only dust found inside the system. A recommendation for a P-Mac filter will be given which this filter catches particles smaller than 1micron. All amp draws are within tolerance, and are as follows indoor fan 1.67 heat strip bank1 19.49 bank2 19.11 compressor 5.35 amps outdoor fan.67 the dual start assembly is giving what it's rated for at 40/5 uf and the refrigerant level is optimal as of now. The system is running in heat, and cooling.

Maintenance (1 system: Coleman gas pack) Checked the filter to see if it was clean, then turned it to heat. checked the drain line to see if it was clear from any debris/stoppage. Checked the flame sensor and it was within range. Turned the unit to A/c for a few minutes, then checked the pressures and everything looked good, checked the components & everything checked out fine as well. Overall the unit was in great condition.

Here the primary drain was clogged, and the customer had an ac maintenance performed in June. No charge to customer to clear the drain. Also a appointment has been made for a encapsulation of the crawl space.

Arrived to perform heating maintenance. System is 2013 Goodman Air Handler with 2013 Goodman Condenser. Heat is provided by heat strips in the air handler. Performed test/inspection of all heating components along with heating operation. System is heating the home properly at this time. During maintenance did find blower wheel covered in dirt/debris. Homeowner also inquired about duct cleaning. Provided estimates for pull and clean along with duct cleaning/sanitation. Performed system maintenance on two HVAC systems, one Coleman and one Rbeen.. Started by inspecting the air handler in the attic, where the delta T was found to be within the normal 19-degree differential range. Conducted a thorough examination of blower motor amperage, which was within acceptable limits. Ensured that the drain lines were clear on both furnaces. Then inspected the outside units, verifying that pressures were within the normal range and that all system components were operating correctly.

Found hvac system running upon arrival. Customer said system was freezing up but fam stopped working. Customer has a bad blower motor and wheel. Also found drain line clogged and system with sitting water on it. Found black mold looks like on air handler. Found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are both getting damaged. Also found duct system contaminated. Found no Vapor barrier in crawl space. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer wants to talk to comfort advisor about replacement of air conditioning and heating system
