Customer has a leak in coil. Also found both single and dual start assemblies below manufacture specs. Found contact pitted. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer wants price to replace systems.

Customer wants to replace system. Comfort advisor will be out tomorrow to give options for replacement

Arrived due to no AC. System is 2012 Trane heat pump which services Suite C. Today’s diagnostic revealed a failed Condenser exhaust fan. Informed owner of findings and discussed repair options. Customer wants to get price to replace 7 duct runs.

Also found contactor assembly pitted. Found system overcharged. Customer said indoor fan will shut off sometimes. Told customer they have a bad indoor blower motor

Returned to replace board. Removed old electronic circuit board. Installed new board. Board is reading bad ground. Recommend customer call electrician

Found breaker tripped. Upon further inspection found found dual start assembly melted at the top which caused breaker to trip. Needs to replace dual start assembly. Also found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Found contactor assembly pitted. Sent options over

Found system cutting off in the middle of cycle. Customer has bad flame safety system

Did full system heat pump. Blower motor amps 3.3. Ignition system 55. Flame safety system 2. Single start assembly replacement 4.9/5. Checked all safety switches. Checked complete duct system for leaks. Dual start assembly 48.92/5 out of 50/5. Found no surge protection. Customer said upstairs is always hotter. Recommend customer gets zoning system installed. Scheduled customer for comfort advisor to come out mid april
