Arrived due to no AC. System is 2000 Trane heat pump which services the whole home. Upon arrival homeowner informed me that a company had previously been out to fix the system however it worked for a couple days and quit working again. Today’s diagnostic revealed a failed exhaust removal fan long with several other issues within the system. Upon speaking with the homeowner about repairs needed homeowner stated she is going to call the previous company back out as she feels they are responsible.
