Found thermostat with passcode asked homeowner if they asked everyone that’s been using the thermostat if they knew the passcode she said no one knew it. Told her we could replace the thermostat and she told me she wants her friend to come try and replace it first.

I got brand new unit 10 months ago and have had nothing but Trouble almost making me regret I made the purchase , during install the installers seemed very confused and had to call someone during the setup , the unit has never been good, the device guy is super nice and tries but I think we have a bigger issue , I hate to write a bad review but after spending over 10k, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed thus far
