Found system low on r22 charge. Customer has leak in the coil. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Found heat exchanger cracked. Told customer they have to shut off heat. Comfort advisor will be out Wednesday to give options for upgrade

Checked both 2024 and 2014 heat/ac For the 2014 unit I recommend to talk to install manager due to age and low refrigerant readings costumer wants Rob to give them a call. 2024 unit looks good everything is clean and in factory range.

Goodman 14 seer air conditioner and 90% gas furnace. Replace all ductwork.Install dryer vent. Install new bathroom motor , housing and vents.

Found system thermostat blank upon arrival. Upon further inspection found bad transformer assembly. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Found dual start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor is getting damaged. Replaced transformer assembly, dual start assembly and contractor assembly. System is now cooling at this time.

I got brand new unit 10 months ago and have had nothing but Trouble almost making me regret I made the purchase , during install the installers seemed very confused and had to call someone during the setup , the unit has never been good, the device guy is super nice and tries but I think we have a bigger issue , I hate to write a bad review but after spending over 10k, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed thus far
