Found 2014 Goodman heat pump outdoor unit not running upon arrival. Upon further inspection found bad dual start assembly. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are both getting damaged. Also found contactor contacts pitted. Found dirty duct system. Found outdoor condenser coils dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer only wants to replace dual start assembly. Replaced dual start assembly. System started up. Found system low on charge. Told customer about leak. Customer wants to leave it the way it is for now
