Checked all systems found that all units are working in factory range other than 2002 rooftop unit low on charge heater kit gone bad dual start is weak told costumer I recommend talking to company adviser about replacement he said he was aware of the issue and still wants to hold off for now

Checked through both systems found upstairs unit coil leaking told the customer I recommend getting coil fix while it’s still under warranty they want to get emailed the invoice and thing about it.
Found system drain line clogged. Unclogged drain line. System is cooling normal at this time
Found system drain pan full of water. Also found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are getting damaged. Found breaker for air handler tripped. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Also replaced dual start assembly. Upon further inspection found bad air movement system. Bypassed air movements system and system kicked on. Upon further inspection found bad transformer assembly. Told customer I think they had a electrical burn out. Gave customer options to replace air movement system and transformer. Customer wants to talk to comfort advisor about replacement. Told customer we will credit customer back money spent tonight towards replacement
Found system heater kit going bad. Checked system and system is cooling at this time
Checked both systems everything looked good another than the upstair pressures were low client thinks it’s working fine and isn’t worried about it right now.

Preformed full system tune up. Checked duct system for growth and bacteria. Checked blower amps 2.57. Cleared Drain line. Checked compressor amps 6.5. Checked outdoor fan amps .45. Checked r410a pressures 225/135
Removed old indoor coil. Installed new indoor coil for rheem split system. System is cooling
Found front room system low on charge. Customer has leak in coil. Found back room system compressor bad. Also found bad heater kit and dual start assembly. Comfort advisor will send customer replacement option for back room. Will order coil and return to install for front room
Found wires in the wrong place. Reveresed wire compressor is now working
Found upstairs compressor not working. Customer has a bad compressor under warranty. Will order compressor under warranty and return to install
Found upstairs system operating normal. Told customer room is over garage.
Performed heating tune up. System is 2020 Coleman heat pump which services the whole home. Tested all heating components and heating operation. Also tested defrost controls. System is operating at manufacturer’s specifications at this time. Recommended installing air purification system to provide hospital quality in the home.
Here a two heat pump fall maintenance performed, and the older system has a pitted contactor that is recommended for replacement, and due to the age of the system excessive dust found in the return grille. A P-Mac filter is recommended to filter out finer particulates/ dust from the supply air. All amp draws are within tolerance for the main floor system, and are as follows idf 1.19 heat strip bank1 19.49 bank2 18.70 outdoor fan.69 compressor 6.16 dual start assembly giving what it’s rated for at 45/5 uf upstairs indoor fan amps .93 heat strip 18.01 compressor 5.01 outdoor fan.81 dual start assembly found at 39.5/5 within manufacturing specifications. The indoor coil for the upstairs system is severely rusted, and near future may display a leak in the system resulting in replacement of the system, or coil.
Arrived to perform 2 system heating maintenance. Systems are 2022 Coleman heat pumps which service the first and second floors independently. Performed inspection/test of all heating components along with heating operation. Systems are operating at manufacturer’s specifications at this time. Found 2014 Goodman heat pump outdoor unit not running upon arrival. Upon further inspection found bad dual start assembly. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are both getting damaged. Also found contactor contacts pitted. Found dirty duct system. Found outdoor condenser coils dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer only wants to replace dual start assembly. Replaced dual start assembly. System started up. Found system low on charge. Told customer about leak. Customer wants to leave it the way it is for now
During service call, tech found malfunctioning blower motor and unit is low on refrigerant. This may indicate a leak. Due to unit’s condition, tech recommends unit upgrade.

Found system blower motor not cutting on sometimes. Customer has a bad single start assembly. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found system low on r22 charge. Customer has a leak in coil. Flounder electronic circuit system going bad. Found contactor assembly pitted. Found duct system dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer wants to talk to comfort advisor about replacement
