Checked through 2021 Coleman heat pump everything is in factory range and ducts are cleaned no recommendations at the moment.

Found downstairs system coil leaking. Also found downstairs water circulation pump bad. Found contactor assembly pitted. Have customer options to make repairs. Customer wants to Get second opinion
Found downstairs thermostat blank. Customer has clogged drain line. Cleared drain line. System is cooling at this time.
Gave customer options for duct cleaning and sanitation
Checked both heat and ac on 80% gas furnace everything looks good i talked to the costumer about duct work cleaning but he already has been informed by prior technician and wants to wait off for now.
Found upstairs system low on charge. Customer has a leak in coil. Also found upstairs combustion system going bad. Found upstairs dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor is getting damaged. Also found upstairs contactor assembly pitted. Found downstairs low on r22 charge. Customer has a leak in cool. Also found downstairs flame safety system reading below manufacture specs. Found downstairs Contactor assembly pitted. Found downstairs dual start and single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Found downstairs heat exchanger cracked. Told customer I have to shut off heat. Have customer options to make repairs customer wants to talk to comfort advisor about replacement
Checked through heat/ac on 2022 furnace everything is in factory range
Checked both system heat and ac both heat pumps are looking good and everything is in factory range. Duct work is extremely dirty recommended to costumer to get cleaned asap they aren’t interested.
Checked duct work and it was clean also Checked both upstairs and downstairs heat pump upstairs unit was in factory range found pitted contacter on downstairs system gave costumer options to either get repair or talk to install manager. Vapor barrier already installed. Costumer wants to talk to Rob about new system options

Found system upstairs drain pan full of water. Customer has a clogged drain line. Also found contactor pitted. Found weak upstairs flame safety system. Checekd downstairs system found weak flame safety system. Found contactor pitted. Found downstairs dual start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the outdoor fan is getting damaged. Cleared drain line upstairs. Customer wants to wait for other repairs.
Cleared drain line from evap coil and outside of house told costumer if it happens again we will clear with nitrogen since this is the 3rd time this summer.
Checked through full system on downstairs York unit everything was in factory range need a senior tech to come back out to help fix mistake on second floor unit.
Checked through all three systems 2022/2023 Coleman and 2023 York all three systems are in factory range on both heat and ac I did recommend cleaning the duct works as mandatory. Costumer wants to talk to husband I will give call back tomorrow
Checked full system heat and ac everything is in factory range and duct work is clean no recommendations at the moment.
2021 gas pack everything is in factory range in both heat and cooling mode. Don’t have any recommendations at the moment
Checked both 2024 and 2012 system everything looks good on both systems and I don’t have any recommendations at the moment

Found leak in evap coil need to order txv and new coil also found bad pump that we haven’t replaced costumer wants to wait on pump
Will return Friday to install blower motor
Power was left off to unit came back and flipped on breaker now unit is running.
Checked through both systems found downstairs Goodman unit low on Freon gave costumer price to replace coil. Costumer wants to wait until they notice an issue
Downstairs system had a clogged drain line customer wants to go ahead and get fixed
