Came by found drain line clogged went ahead and cleared unit is running properly now.
Checked both heat and ac and newly installed unit everything is in factory range and pressures look good.
Found front system drain line clogged. Also found front system duct system dirty. Found middle system drain line not draining properly. Customer needs to reconstruct drain line. Also found middle system dual start assembly completely out. Found bad heater hit. Found contactor assembly pitted. Found no drain pan or water protection switches. Found bad variable speed blower motor in the Bach system. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer only wants to clear drain line for front system. Will get back with us about everything wlwae

Found system compressor bad. Also found bad dual start assembly. Found pitted contactor. Found heater kit going bad. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is talking to comfort advisor about replacement
Found 105 system 3 phas contactor assembly bad. Also found system low on r22 charge. Customer has a leak in coil. Also found 108 low on charge. Customer has a leak in the system
Found transformer not working so i replaced then i noticed unit was still not working so I checked low voltage going to thermostat and found that the thermostat was also bad have prices to fix both parts customer wants me to go ahead and fix it.
Goodman 14 seer air conditioner and 80% gas furnace for whole house. New Honeywell thermostat, new foundation pad for air conditioning unit, new emergency pan in attic .
Found system dual start assembly almost completely out. Told customer every time system starts the compressor is getting damaged. Also found contac Assembly pitted. Found system indoor coil leaking. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is talking to comfort advisor about replacement
Checked through full system everything checked out and is cleaned
Came back and cleared drain line again noticed nothing was blowing out on the outside and tryed to pull it out from the outside nothing came out so we need to send the install crew to clean it out with nitrogen.
Returned to replace upstairs defrost circuit system. Replaced defrost circuit system. System is now cooling
Found upstairs system low on r22 charge. Customer has a leak in system. Customer said he is going to contact his home warranty company
Found middle upstairs thermostat blank upon arrival. Upon further inspection found pin on back of thermostat bent. Bent pin back and thermostat is now working. System is cooling at this time.
Found system cooling normal. Found filters clogged. Told customer to change filters monthly
Found upstairs system defrost circuit board not passing power. Customer has a bad defrost circuit board. Will order board under warranty and return to install
Everything was working when i arrived customer said thermostat was blank the night before but now is working fine found water backed up in safety switch gave prices to costumer to get cleaned out they want me to go ahead and clear it.
Checked out ac side because tenant wasn’t there to open house home owner said drain line was clogged a couple of days ago so I cleaned out and everything else on ac is looking good. Was able to access drain line from crawspace
Found upstairs system drain pan full of water. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Cleared drain line and replaced contactor assembly under warranty. System is cooling at this time
Found system dual start assembly completely out. Also found bad compressor. Gave customer options to make repairs. Comfort advisor will follow up with customer about replacement
Checked both systems out and found all filters clogged. Also found upstairs combustion system bad. Found upstairs flame safety system weak. Also found three phas contactor assembly pitted. Will return to change filters.
Found thermostat blinking and would never send volts to outdoor unit I don’t have the thermostat on me so I will have to come back and replace it.
Found system almost out of charge. Will have installers come back and fix leak
Checked through whole system everything looked good.
Found system not running. Up on further inspection found drain pan full of water. Customer has a clogged drain line. Cleared drain pan and drain line and system started up. Also found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are he damaged. Replaced dual start assembly. System is cooling at this time
