Found system breaker tripped upon arrival. Upon further inspection found bad breaker. Checked system and it’s nothing causing breaker to Tripp. Will order breaker and return to replace breaker

Preformed complete system tune up. Checked all duct work for leaks. Checked drain pain for rusted and found drain pan rusted out. Also found no return boxes which drops the efficiency of the airflow. Checked combustion system amps .44. Fodd add me safety system 2.4. Ignition system 55. Single start assembly 4.9/5. Dual start assembly 51/5 out of 50/5. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer said they are going to eventually replace system
Arrived to perform heating maintenance. System is 2015 Carrier heat pump which services the whole home. System has 2 zone Honeywell zoning system which allows for independent control of the first and second floors of the home. Performed test/inspection of all heating components along with heating operation. System is heating the home properly at this time. During maintenance I did find severe bacterial contamination inside of the air handler. This is affecting air quality in the home as this is being circulated throughout the duct system and breathing air for the occupants. Spoke with homeowner about findings and discussed our indoor air quality solutions. Homeowner will review options and decide at a later date. Thank you for choosing Heroes Heating And Cooling!
Once here the gas package unit had a 1 flash fault code, and this is suspected to have happened during a surge of power. Equipment surge protection, and all appliances surge protection was recommended.
Upon arrival, tech heard buzzing sound emanating from AC unit. The buzzing sound was the contactor stuck closed. Tech also found a malfunctioning dual start assembly. Tech replaced both parts. With homeowner’s permission, tech started maintenance agreement for homeowner. Unit is functioning properly at this time.
Arrived to replace leaking indoor heat transfer coil. Removed old coil and installed new heat transfer coil. Pulled vacuum to 500 microns then charged system to manufactures specifications.
