Found downstairs System indoor special blower motor running half speed. Customer Motor is going bad. Will order variable speed motor and return to install.

Also found flame safety system weak. Found blower motor and duct system caked with growth. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is going to talk to comfort advisor about replacement

Found upstairs combustion system going bad. Also found downstairs dual and single start assemblies reading below manufacture specs. Will order parts and return to replace

Arrived due to no heat. System is 2010 Goodman gas package system which services the first floor of the home. Upon arrival found system control board with error LED. Diagnostic revealed a failed combustion removal system. Informed homeowner of findings and discussed repair options. Homeowner elected to proceed with replacement of the combustion removal system along with renewing 2 system maintenance agreement. Will have office to order parts and schedule return repair. Returned today 12/04/23 to replace combustion removal system. Removed failed components and installed new combustion removal system. Arrived to perform 3 system heating maintenance. Systems are 2022 Coleman Furnace/AC which services the second floor of the home, 2016 Trane Furnace/AC which services the first floor of the home and 2018 Goodman heat pump which services the basement of the home. Performed test/inspection of all heating components and heating operations. Also cleaned burners and flame safety systems for both furnaces. During he maintenance I did find some areas of concerns within the systems. I found the first floor furnace with a failing flame safety system as well as failing combustion removal system. During check of the basement system I found the dual start assembly getting weak. Informed homeowner of findings and discussed repair options. Arrived to perform heating maintenance. Systems are 2022 Coleman heat pump which services the second floor and 2019 Rheem heat pump package unit which services the first floor of the home. Performed inspection/test of all heating components along with heating operation. Found both systems operating at manufacturer’s specifications at this time. Recommended installing air purification system to keep the air in the home sanitized and germ free!

Performed 2 system promo tune up on. Systems are 2016 Bryant Furnace/AC which services the second floor and 2017 Bryant gas pack which services the first floor of the home. Performed test/inspection of all heating components along with heating operations. Systems are heating the home properly at this time however there are some areas of concerns within the systems. Found the first floor system with a failing combustion removal system. This motor is operating well below manufactures specifications. Also found the second floor flame safety system weak. These components will cause the system to fail when components fail. Informed homeowner of findings and provided estimates for repairs.

Here a fall maintenance performed on a 80% furnace, and as of now the system is running efficiently in heat. All Amp draws are within tolerance, and are as follows Indoor fan 2.23 combustion fan .97 flame sensor giving 7.1 mili volts igniter giving 48.8 ohms. The heat rise is 56* which is within tolerance, and the air purifier is functioning as of now.

The system is now running in both modes without fault.

Arrived due to no heat. System is 2019 Rheem gas pack which services the whole home. Today’s diagnostic revealed a failed indoor blower motor. Spoke to homeowner about findings and discussed repair options along with system retirement options due to homeowner’s experience with the system and the constant breakdowns. Arrived to perform heating maintenance. Systems are 2015 Carrier gas pack which services the first floor of the home and 2015 Carrier heat pump which services the second floor of the home. Performed inspection/test of all heating components and heating operations of both systems. Homeowners were aware of first floor system being non-operational in heat mode due to the failure of the combustion removal system. Would need to replace components to restore operation of the heat. During maintenance of the first floor system I found the air handler/ducting system with severe bacterial contamination. System does have a air purification system however the UV bulb has failed. Bulb replacements are recommended every 1-2 years. Informed homeowner of all findings and discussed repair options. Also discussed our financing options which include an 18 month/0% interest option. Performed test/inspection of all heatingcomponents along with the heating operations. Also cleaned flame safety systems and burners of furnaces. Systems are operating properly at this time however there are some components in danger of failing within the system. Here a couple issues to report on this fall maintenance of a furnace. The combustion fan is over amperage, and on the cooling side a apparent leak is present with lower than optimal pressures. The system is filled with dust, and dirt. The supply duct has multiple leaks, and the system due to the age. Replacement is recommended, and also because of efficiency of the system. All other amp draws are within tolerance indoor fan motor 2.86 single start assembly is giving what it’s rated for at 12.7uf induce draft fan is over amperage at 3.59 rated for 1.9 amps compressor at 4.32 outdoor fan at .68 suction pressure at 40psi 28* discharge 140psi of R-22. Dual start assembly is giving what it’s rated for at 29.4/5 uf. The heat rise is within tolerance at 45*.
