Checked 2024 furnace everything looks good on heat and ac
Found upstairs compressor leaking. Will order compressor under warranty

Checked whole system everything is in factory range and is cleaned costumer wants to think abt renewing maintenance
Checked heat and ac system. System is cooling and heating normal. Found growth and duct system. Will return to clean and sanitize duct system
Found coil leaking went ahead and gave costumer prices to get it replaced they want to go ahead and get it fixed.
Found upstairs dual start assembly completely out. Also found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found flame safety system weak. Put test dual start assembly on and found system almost out of r22 charge. Customer is going to talk to comfort advisor about replacement
Checked through and cleaned both systems everything is looking good.
Returned to replaced tuning for water circulation pump for middle floor. Installed new tubing. System is now draining outside
Checked upstairs system. Found filter in return vent and at the system. Removed filter from return vent. Told customer if they have media filter don’t put filters in the other return vents it will be to much restriction. Also found damper closed to upstairs bedroom. Opened damper. Found system low on charge. Did leak search found coil leaking. Customer just had new coil installed. He’s going to call the guy back who installed coil
Found middle floor thermostat blank. Found drain pan full of water. Found water circulation tube broke. Told customer we may need to run new tubing. Will send install crew out to take a look
York 15 seer heatpump system , ductwork and bathroom vent added to new room on 3rd floor.
Came back and wired up control board
Found short in C wire there was no extra wire at the control board so I gave price to run new wire. Also found dual start out of rating gave price to fix that, customer said they need to thing about it.
Found upstairs outdoor unit humming and trying to run but not running. Customer has a bad dual start assembly. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Found upstairs thermostat going bad. Customer has r22 I’m system. Told customer I can’t tell if system is low until we make first repairs. If system is low there is nothing we can do. Customer is going to talk to comfort advisor about replacement
Goodman 14 seer heatpump system for whole house. New thermostat. Ductwork cleaning, sanitize and dryer vent cleaning with system installed.
Checked full system and found both dual and single start assembly completely out. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Told customer every time system starts both compressor and both fans are getting damaged. Found outdoor coils dirty. Found duct system dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs. Comfort advisor will be out to talk about replacement
Found leaking coil in R22 system also found a pitted contacter and a bad single start on same system. Newer unit that we installed looks good
Found system for master bedroom zone motor wiring loose. Tighting wire and system zone motor is operating normal
Found system not running due to drain line safety switch open. Customer has a clogged drain line. Unclogged drain line system is cooling normal at this time.

Completed an AC Tune up on units: Freon Pressures: upstairs unit 120/270, Middle floor 100/270 little low, basement unit 105/275 little low Single Start: Upstairs unit Variable speed, middle floor unit N/A unable to check, Downstairs unit Variable speed Dual Start: Upstairs unit 40/5 out of 40/5, Middle floor 39.80/4.3 out of 40/5 low, basement unit 34/5 out of 35/5 Cleared all condensate drains Also Checked contact assemblies for all units Noticed freon pressures were a little low for middle floor unit and basement floor unit. Also noticed fan side on Dual start for middle floor unit was low. Informed customer of issues and recommended replacing Dual start. Customer did not want to move forward with repairs.
