Preformed full system tune up. Checked duct system for leaks. Checked safety switches. Blower motor amps .35. Heater kit amps 20. Compressor amps 4.6. Outdoor fan amps .76. System is defrosting normal
Showed up on time evaluated the situation and determined what the problem was. Then gave me a full explanation of the issue, and informed me a new part was needed. Found the need part at a supplier and went and got it. When he returned the problem was fixed. There was one slight hiccup, but he returned promptly and took care of it. He kept me informed all along the way and all is good now. Thank you for the great service.

Found a short in the auxiliary heat wire
Once here a minor wiring issue was fixed, and algorithm put in place to hold out the heat strip. As of now the system is functioning properly in both modes heat, and cooling.
Rocshawn was prompt and efficient and diagnosed problems that need to be addressed ln the near future.

Hear a two system fall maintenance performed, and no issues to report that’s hindering the system from running in heat. All amp draws are within tolerance, and are as follows for the upstairs furnace induce draft fan .85 indoor fan motor 3.15 flame sensor 7.4 mili volts. The heat rise was found at 47* within manufacturing specifications. Downstairs gas package unit has amp draw’s within tolerance, and are as follows induce draft fan .52 indoor fan motor 1.50 flame sensor 8.7 heat rise of 55* within manufacturing specifications. As of now excessive dust was found in the existing duct upstairs, and growth is starting to grow in the gas package unit. Products to stop the growth will be recommended. Also a duct cleaning is needed upstairs.
