Found downstairs system operating normal at this time.

Preformed full system tune up on both floors. Checked duct for leaks and growth. Checked blower amps 1- 1.6. 2-.89. Checked combustion system 1-.49 2-.59. Chceked flame safety system 1- 3.2 2-2.5. Ignition system 1-55 2-65. Checked all safeties. System is operating normal

Returned to install upstairs dual start assembly and thermostat. Removed old thermostat. Installed new thermostat and dual start. System heat pump is now operating

Preformed full system tune up on all 3 systems. Checked duct system for leaks and growth. Found both upstairs and downstairs full of growth. Checked blower motor amps 1-1.2 2-1.42. Heater kit amps 1-41. 2-18. Variable speed blower motors. Checked compressor amps 1-6.2 2- unable to check. Refrigerant pressures 1- 400/110. 2- unable to check. Outdoor fan amps 1-.87 2-unable to check. Found crawl space vapor barrier not covering whole crawl space. Also found both upstairs and downstairs contactor assemblies pitted. Found upstairs dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan is getting damaged. Found upstairs thermostat not sending power for outdoor unit to kick on and only running aux heat. Customer power bull was high. Told customer that’s why because the aux is running by itself. Will order thermostat and return to replace both thermostat and dual start assembly

York 15 seer air conditioner and 95% gas furnace for 1st floor.

Found system combustion system going bad. Also found drain line clogged. Found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Found contactor assembly pitted. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is talking to comfort advisor about replacement

The client contacted us about uneven airflow in their house. We performed a thorough inspection of the HVAC system and did not find any issues as the unit was serviced in the fall. We did find some drafty windows and doors at the back of the house and recommended some solutions for repairing them. The client was happy we didn't try to upsell like others had in the past.

The client noticed that the fan was constantly blowing, but it wasn't getting warm enough. We inspected the thermostat and found it to be the cause. We replaced the thermostat and controlled the unit to make sure it was running well. The client was happy with our friendly and professional service.

Returned to replace sensor. Removed old discharge sensor and installed new sensor

Here the gas pressure needed to be adjusted, and a faulty discharge air temperature sensor was found.

Here a fall maintenance performed on a furnace coil condenser, and the furnace side is operating properly. The ac side has a issue of a Evaporator coil leaking refrigerant. Inside the coil is oil in the condensate pan, and the pressure is low. A recommendation for the coil to be replaced will be given. All furnace amps are within tolerance, and are as follows combustion fan .78 indoor fan 3.98 flame sensor at 7.1 mili volts igniter at 55.9 ohms the heat rise is within tolerance at 55*, and the single start assembly was found in good condition giving 7.0uf when rated for 7.5uf. The suction pressure was recorded at 95psi discharge at 240psi.

Performed maintenance on two Coleman HVAC systems, including one gas pack unit. For the first system: - Started at the air handler and verified that delta T was within normal parameters. - Checked blower motor amps and confirmed they were within the acceptable range. - Ensured the drain line was clear of debris and water. - Verified the flame sensor's functionality and found it to be in good condition. - Inspected the condenser unit, checking pressures, subcooling, and subheat, all of which were within normal limits. - Confirmed that all components of the system were functioning properly. For the gas pack unit: - Conducted a thorough inspection of the heat side and found no issues. - All components of the gas pack unit were in excellent condition. Overall, both systems received comprehensive maintenance, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

I conducted a thorough inspection of both air handlers and flame sensors to ensure their proper functioning. I also monitored the delta T, which was within the normal range. Additionally, I assessed the outside units and found that their pressures were normal, and all components were in good condition.

Found system Operating normal. Customer said downstairs stopped blowing air. Told customer let’s go ahead and replace airflow direction motor. Will return tomorrow to install motor

Upon arrival, tech found compressor and fan motor attempting to cut on and then dropping out. Tech diagnosed a bad dual start assembly. Tech replaced dual start assembly. Homeowner entered maintenance agreement with tech. Tech performed preventative maintenance during service call. Unit is functioning properly at this time.

No gas leak detected.

The customer contacted us about their AC unit not cooling as well as it used to. So, we checked for refrigerant leaks and added to achieve the correct pressure. We checked the entire system and cleaned the filters and coils as well. The system now functions well again, and we followed up after a week, and the client was happy.
