Checked full system everything is in factory range and I have no recommendations at the moment.
Preformed full system tune up. Checked duct system for growth and leaks. Found growth in duct system. Checked heater strips amps 38. Checked blower motor amps .78. Checked dual start assembly 39.69/5. Checked refrigerant pressures 175/100. Checked compressor amps 6.7. Checked outdoor fan amps .78. Found system low on charge. Gave customer options to make repairs customer wants to wait.
Checked system and system is operating normal
Preformed full system tune up. Checked system for leaks and growth. Checked blower amps.87. Checked heater kit amps 23. Checked all safety. Checked compressor amps 6.47 com. Checked outdoor fan amps 1.2. Checked refrigerant pressures 400/125.
Found outdoor unit off due to loose wire. Tighting connections and system is now working
Here a couple issues to report on the heat pump package unit. As of now the compressor is close to over amperage. Also growth was found inside the supply side of the system. Due to age and efficiency my recommendation is for replacement of the system.all Amp draws are as follows compressor 11.00 outdoor fan .45 indoor fan. 50 heat strips bank1 20.59 bank2 17.40 and the dual start assembly is giving what its rated for at 39.5/5 uf. The pressures were at a optimal range, and while Inspecting the unit the high side was nearing the high pressure cut out point. As of now the system is running in heat. Consulta
