Found system drain pan full of water. Customer has a clogged drain line. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Bypassed water protection switch and system came on. Checked pressures and system is low on r22 coil. Customer has a leak in coil. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer only wants to get the system running. Cleared drain line and drain pan. System is running at this time.
Checked full system found bad water protection switch preventing power to thermostat. Also found both single and dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and both fans are getting damaged. Also found pitted contactor assembly. Bypassed water protection switch and found system low on r22. Customer has a leak in coil. Gave customer options to make repairs. Told customer we may not can get coil because r22 is phased out. Recommend customer replace system. Customer said she wants to wait to make decision

Found drain line broke downstairs unit. Found Weak dual start assembly downstairs system. Replaced dual start downstairs, fix drain line downstairs, cleared drain line and drain pan upstairs. Replaced single start assembly and contactor assembly under warranty upstairs. System cut back on. Found bad compressor under warranty. Gave customer options to replace compressor. Customer wants to wait

Found system outdoor unit not running. Upon further inspection found high pressure open. Restarted board and system is cooling normal.
Found system out of charge. Did leak search and found outdoor coil leaking. Will order coil under warranty and return to install

Air Conditioning Repair for a residential customer. Inspected units for cooling. Filters were clean, but the upstairs system was not cooling due to low refrigerant pressures. The refrigerant was recharged. The system is now operating as it should for the customer.
Air Conditioning Maintenance for a residential customer who needs their humidifier to be relocated. Humidifier was relocated to the side of the return air to better distribute the air. The relocation of the humidifier was successful. The system is operating as it should for the customer.
AC Repair for a residential customer with no airflow coming from vents. Technician sent to diagnose and repair. Ducts found dirty. Duct cleaning was performed. Filters replaced. The system is now operating as it should for the homeowner.
Water Heater Repair for a residential client experiencing water pressure issues. Our Heroes technician was sent to diagnose and repair. He flushed the tankless water heater. Water pressure problem on the hot side inside the house not on tankless. Cleaned flame sensor. The system is now operating as it should for the homeowner.
