Carrier heat pump for second floor system is in factory range currently. downstairs system is just ac no heat ductwork was pretty dirty not a major concern to costumer right now.

Changed thermostat

Put on old thermostat need to order new one

Installed name plate and new thermostat

gave materials to installer

Checked through 2023 York system everything is in factory range on both heat and ac ducts are in good condition and clean vapor barrier has already been installed.

York 14 seer gas package system for first floor. New Honeywell thermostat. Warranty 10 year parts 10 year labor 2 year maintenance plan

Checked through both upstairs and downstairs heat and ac. Units are in factory range at the moment recommend that is was very important to renew maintenance due to units getting to there older stage costumer said he’s still thinking abt it but will give us a call

Found upstairs system low on charge. Customer had a leak. Also found downstairs system low on charge. System has a leak in system. Also found Contactor assembly pitted. Found downstairs single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Customer is going to talk to comfort advisor

Checked 2024 Goodman heat pump everything in system was brand new including duct work and in factory range don’t have any recommendations at the moment. We will return in the spring for the next tune up.

Checked through both 2018 rheem heat pumps everything was in factory range on emergency heat and ac for both systems vapor barrier has been installed and ducts are clean I no recommendations at this time.

2021 Lennox furnace everything’s in factory range ducts are clean vapor barrier installed no recommendations at the moment.

Checked through 2023 York system everything is in factory range on both heat and ac unit has clean ducts and vapor barrier installed.

Checked system and system is operating normal at this time.

Checked out both 2017 gas pack and 2016 split system furnace both are in factory range and are working properly currently. Costumer already has has duct work cleaned and vapor barrier installed so I have no recommendations at the time

Checked heat and ac system. System is cooling and heating normal. Found growth and duct system. Will return to clean and sanitize duct system

Found coil leaking went ahead and gave costumer prices to get it replaced they want to go ahead and get it fixed.

Found upstairs dual start assembly completely out. Also found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found flame safety system weak. Put test dual start assembly on and found system almost out of r22 charge. Customer is going to talk to comfort advisor about replacement

Checked through and cleaned both systems everything is looking good.

Returned to replaced tuning for water circulation pump for middle floor. Installed new tubing. System is now draining outside
