Costumer had bad control board installed by different company 2 months ago they are going to call original installers to get fixed under warranty.
Checked full system everything looks good
Cleared drain line and swapped out dual start. Recommend to fix pump costumer wants to do it themselves.
Installed dual start assembly for back room
Checked both systems. Found back system flame safety system weak. Also found back system dual start assembly melted terminal. Found dirty in duct system. Also found system mastering device restricted. Have customer options to make repairs. Customer only wants to get dual start assembly replaced. Will order dual start and return to install.
Need to come out with senior tech
Don’t have ladder to get to roof need to send senior tech at different time

Found outdoor compressor not running. Upon further inspection found bad dual start assembly. Replaced dual start assembly and system is operating normal at this time.

Found back system compressor bad. Checked front system and found system r22 coil leaking. Found contactor assembly pitted. Found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. System is over 30 years old. Comfort advisor will send price for replacement and compressor

York 14 seer air conditioner and 95% gas furnace for whole house.
Found system combusting system bad making loud noise. Customer needs to replace combustion system. Also found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are both getting damaged. Customer has a leak in system. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is talking to comfort advisor about replacement
Preformed full system tune up. Checked heater kit 20amps. Checked blower amps 5.1. Checked refrigerant pressures r410 425/125. Checked compressor amps 10.1. Checked outdoor fan amps 1.3. Single start assembly 10/10. Three phase system. Found no surge protection
The system now operates in cooling, and heat. There was a short in the thermostat wire.
The flame sensor, and single start assembly replaced on said unit. The heat was cycled on, and is operating normally.

Found system low on r410a charge and off on low pressure safety switch. Customer has a leak in indoor coil. Also found weak flame safety system. Found indoor single starts assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found duct system dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer said he will see if he can get a approval then follow up with us
Here a two system furnace fall maintenance performed, and one issue to report. The upstairs system has a single start assembly that has to be replaced. Also better quality products will be recommended for cleaner air inside the home. All amp draws are within tolerance on both systems, and the upstairs system amp draws are as follows. Induce draft fan 1.25 indoor fan motor 2.53 flame sensor 5.3 mili volts igniter 18.8 ohms the single start assembly was reading 1.5uf rated for 5uf. Heat rise at 70* within manufacturing specifications. The downstairs furnace induce draft fan 1.23 amps indoor fan motor 3.23 flame sensor 4.5 mili volts igniter 18.2 ohms both systems are running in heat as of now.
Here during the inspection of the down unit. The filters were found restricted, and this caused the system to freeze due to a restriction of airflow. The filters are being ordered, and a estimate has been given for a future repair of the contactor on the front unit near kitchen.
