Found upstairs system low on charge. Did leak search and found upstairs coil leaking. Also found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor is getting damaged. Also found pitted contractor assembly. Gave customer options for repairs. Customer wants to talk to comfort advisor about replacement
Unit is having same problem as before install crew needs to head back out.
April aire Crawlspace dehumidifier and seal foundation vents
Found indoor heat transfer coil leaking.
Found system frozen. Will return tomorrow to finish troubleshooting

Goodman 14 seer air conditioner and 80% gas furnace for second floor. Goodman 14 seer 95% gas furnace for first floor. Use existing Nest thermostats. New foundation pads , new emergency pan in attic.

Found upstairs system drain pan full of water. Upon further inspection found drain line clogged. Found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the indoor fan is getting damaged. Also found pitted contactor. Found no drain line safety switch. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer wants to talk to comfort advisor about replacement
Checked through all three systems found pitted contacter on main upstairs unit costumer wants to go ahead and replace it.
Found drain pan full Of water in crawl space. Customer water circulation pump is not pumping. Customer has a bad water circulation pump. Replaced water circulation pump. System is now cooling
Found downstairs system single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Replaced single start assembly
Checked through both units found a bad dual start on the upstairs train unit
Full system tune up found compressor going bad gave customer options to repair he said he will get back in touch

Preformed full system tune up. Checked all safeties. Checked duct system For growth and leaks. Checked blower amps 3.2. Checked combustion system amps .68. Checked flame safety system 2.5. Checked compressor amps 6.78. Checked outdoor fan amps 1.2. Checked pressures 250/125. Found no vapor barrier. Comfort advisor will be out Monday to talk to customer about Vapor barrier

Found upstairs system ignition system bad. Also found flame safety system corrosion. Also found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found system low on charge. Customer has a leak. Found contactor assembly pitted. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is talking to comfort advisor about repairs
