Checked system and system is heating normal
Checked full system tune up. Checked duct work for growth and found dirty duct system. Checked safeties. Checked blower amps 2.68. Checked heater amps 39. Refrigerant pressures 425/125. Compressor amps 10.2. Outdoor fan amps .98. Found dirty duct system. Will return to clean and sanitize duct system. Also will install uv light.
Arrived due to no heat/ac. System is 2019 Coleman heat pump which services the whole house. Upon arrival found outdoor heat pump locked out due to high pressure fault. Reset power to the control board to test system. Found failed condenser fan motor/module on system start up. Will have to replace failed components for proper system operation. Thank you for choosing Heroes Heating And Cooling. Returned 10/30 to replace condenser fan motor and module. Removed failed components and installed new motor and module. Tested system operation. System is operating properly at this time. Also instructed homeowners on how to use thermostat.
