Drain pan cracked going to come back to replace coil and collect second half of payment.

Checked through furnace everything seemed like it working fine just not getting the call to go threw the zone board I restarted the unit and system started working properly.

Checked full system and found system low on r22 coil. Customer wants to wait to make repair.

Checked through 2023 York gas pack and 2023 York furnace and ac everything on both units are in factory range vapor barrier is in good condition and ducts are dirty but not a major concern no other issues at the moment.

When I arrived costumer claimed heat wasn’t working turned on heat and did full system check found that the unit was running fine and told costumer if he noticed issues again to give us a call but unit is running in factory range right now

When I arrived I noticed the heat mode on thermostat would turn on the ac I then figured out the zone board is no longer functioning and needs to be replaced. Need to contact costumer later today to figure out if they want to go ahead with repair.

Clean all ductwork, sanitize and clean dryer vent. Clean for first floor , second floor and finish basement. Set up for 10-25-24

When I arrived the thermostat was blank checked voltage at thermostat and it was 0 so I went outside to the gas pack unit and found the fuse was blown I replaced fuse now the unit is running properly.

Check heat and ac everything in range Rob is going out to talk about replacing ductwork Friday

Amana system everything is in factory range on both heat and ac ductwork has already been cleaned and vapor barrier is installed no reconditions at the time

Customer needs to install new systems in the back room to handle extra heat load

Ductwork cleaning , sanitize and dryer vent cleaning for main system and apartment system above garage. Seal ductwork in Crawlspace.

Checked out air handler everything checked out and is clean

Found both system low on charge. Did leak search on both systems and both systems are leaking. Also found main system contractor assembly pitted. Found garage dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor is getting damaged. Found dirty duct systems. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is talking to comfort advisor about replacing

Goodman 14 seer air conditioner and 80% gas furnace for whole house. New Honeywell thermostat, replace all ductwork, boots and grills. Add vapor barrier to Crawlspace.

Found system outdoor fan motor and blade bad. Also found contactor assembly pitted. Found no vapor barrier under house. Found duct system extremely dirty. Recommend replacing duct work

Came back and replaced breaker everything is running smoothly now.

Found upstairs system low on r22 charge. Customer has a leak in coil. Also found upstairs single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found drain line clogged upstairs with pan full of water. Found upstairs flame safety system reading below manufacture specs. Found middle floor dual start assembly completely out. Found downstairs contactor assembly pitted. Found downstairs single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Found outdoor coils dirty. Gave customer options to make repairs. Customer is going to talk to comfort advisor about replacement

Returned to charge system up. Started charging system but system didn’t take it. Customer has a bad meatering device. Will order meatering device.

Checked both systems found outdoor coils dirty. Also found duct system dirty. Have customer options to clean duct and coils. Customer only want to clean coils. Cleaned both systems coils. Found front system low on charge and coil leaking. Gave customer option to replace coil. Customer wants to leave system the way it is

York 15.25 seer air conditioner and 95% gas furnace for whole house . Use existing nest thermostats and Honeywell zone system. INSTALLATION 7-10-24
