Found system electronic circuit board passing power constantly to heater kit. Customer has a bad electronic circuit board. Also found single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the outdoor fan is getting damaged. Will order parts and return to replace.

2024 York furnace system everything is in factory range vapor barrier old but not in bad condition and brand new ductwork no recommendations at the moment

2018 heat pump everything is in factory range on the unit right now duct work has already been cleaned as well no recommendations at the moment.

Costumer was confused because system was set to be at 71 by 6:30 and when they woke up at 6:15 the system was already running I told them that is how the system is supposed to function because she said before system cuts on it’s about 65 in the house and I told them it would prob take about 30-45 minutes of heating before reaching set temperature which means the system probably comes on around 5:45-6

Changed blower motor speed. System is operating normal at this time.

Found upstairs system flame safety system reading below manufacturer specs. Found single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found pitted Contactor assembly

Checked new system everything was in factory range no recommendations at the moment

Found complete air movement system bad. Also found electronic circuit board bad. Found single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the indoor fan is getting damaged. Will order parts and return to replace.

Unit is running in factory range costumer had a few questions about thermostat

Checked through both heat and ac for both systems both units are in factory range right now. Did see in notes that upstairs system had problems that have been fixed by home warranty those parts are all also in factory range and I replaced filters.

Put on new board system still doing same thing senior tech is coming tomorrow.

Ductwork cleaning and sanitize for the first and second floor.

Checked full system did fall tune up. Everything is within manufacture specs. Found bad complete air movement system not passing power for heater kit.

Just installed igniter and dual start also cleared drain line all for the upstairs system Rob is going to call and collect second half of payment.

14 seer Goodman heatpump system for whole house. Replace system in basement, new thermostat, new copper refrigerant lines, add emergency pan and water safety switch’s. Reinstall duct that off main trunk line. Invoice for materials and equipment $ 7,450.00 Invoice for labor $ 2,000.00 INSTALLATION 10-31-24

Found system complete air movement system bad. Replaced air movement system. System is now heating and cooling.

Checked through full system everything in factory range on both the furnace and ac filter was dirty but ducts weren’t bad brought up that we have recommended breathe easy and surge protection before but costumer still is not interested at the moment.

Costumer claimed unit was counting to run after thermostat reached desired temperature night before but now seemed like it was working so I tested it out twice and both times it was able to cut on and off to reach desired temperature told costumer it’s working right now but if they see the issue again to give us a call

Checked through 2022 York gas pack and 2013 Bryant furnace and ac everything was in factory range on both units costumer had work done on 2013 unit last time we arrived ducts have already been cleaned on both 1st and 2nd floor and vapor barrier is in good condition I don’t have any recommendations at this time

Goodman 14 seer air conditioner and 96% gas furnace. Ductwork cleaning for first and second floors , dryer vent cleaning. Add I-wave to first and second floor systems.
