Returned to adjust gas pressures. Dropped gas pressures and system is now heating normal.
Installed furnace and ac last year everything on heat and ac mode is working properly other than burners are making thumping noise to need to get a working manometer to check gas pressures to see what’s going on. Ductwork was cleaned when we installed unit and we put in air purifiers ductwork condition provided in pictures.
Checked through both furnace and ac both are still in factory range one system was newly installed by us they have two systems that aren’t working costumer has been aware for a while now I was out in July and gave them prices for repairs they still want to hold off for now.
Checked through 18 year old furnace and ac system was r-410a when I checked the furnace it was making a weird noise found out the enduser motor sounds like it’s about to go bad other than that the furnace checked out when I went to switch over system to ac I found out that thermostat has gone bad because it won’t send out voltage to system and when I jumped it out system came on I showed her the price and emailed her the invoice which was $1698.23 after tax for base Honeywell thermostat and Enduser Motor
Arrived at 9:30 forget to hit arrive Everything on the system was in factory range and I cleaned the filters for mini split. I asked the costumer if they wanted me to check the other system they told me they have a different company that installed the system and they were coming next week to check it.
Checked through 2023 york gas pack that we installed system is operating properly we also cleaned and sanitized ductwork when we installed system ductwork is in great condition.
Found system upstairs zone motor stuck half way open. Customer needs to replace upstairs zone motor under warranty. Ordered motor. Will return to install zone motor.
Goodman 15 seer air conditioner and 95% gas furnace. New Honeywell thermostat. New air air purifier to system.
Found bad control board and flame roll out switch system is from 1998 and would cost 1250 to repair control board will take 2 months to come in if costumer wanted to go with repair costumer instead wants to talk to Rob about replacement
York heat pump that we installed within the last year everything is in factory range ducts were in good condition
Put on thermostat backplate left job at 4:00
Found bad dual start replaced it system is now running properly.
Unit shut off after reaching 75 when I restarted system and taped door switch system got up 78 degrees and was running properly going return next week to Insulate line.

Found heater kit gone bad costumer wants to call original company who installed unit but will lets us know if they want us to instal.
Forgot to clock in arrived at 9:35 Found bad condensate pump costumer wants to go ahead with repair need to return later today with couplings and glue to fix drain line
Checked through newly installed furnace everything was in factory range customer said they noticed issues with the unit the week before but was working fine now I told them if the unit started acting up again to give us a call.
Found liquid line sensor stuck open need to order part and install it when it arrives.

Costumer was concerned by little wet spot in bedroom system had no water near it and was operating properly told costumer the wet spot was not from the unit
Found system low on charge. Customer has a leak in indoor coil. Also found weak flame safety system. Found ignition system going out. Have customer options to make repairs customer wants to think bout it. Told customer comfort advisor may follow up
When costumer was out of town power went out tripping furnace breaker restarted breaker and system started back up.
