Forgot to clock in arrived at 9:35 Found bad condensate pump costumer wants to go ahead with repair need to return later today with couplings and glue to fix drain line
Checked through newly installed furnace everything was in factory range customer said they noticed issues with the unit the week before but was working fine now I told them if the unit started acting up again to give us a call.
Found liquid line sensor stuck open need to order part and install it when it arrives.
Unit was working properly when I arrived told costumer if it was to happens again give us a call
Everything checked out on both systems both newly installed by us
Costumer was concerned by little wet spot in bedroom system had no water near it and was operating properly told costumer the wet spot was not from the unit
Found system low on charge. Customer has a leak in indoor coil. Also found weak flame safety system. Found ignition system going out. Have customer options to make repairs customer wants to think bout it. Told customer comfort advisor may follow up
When costumer was out of town power went out tripping furnace breaker restarted breaker and system started back up.
Daikin 14 seer heatpump system
Found system electronic circuit board passing power constantly to heater kit. Customer has a bad electronic circuit board. Also found single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the outdoor fan is getting damaged. Will order parts and return to replace.
2024 York furnace system everything is in factory range vapor barrier old but not in bad condition and brand new ductwork no recommendations at the moment
2018 heat pump everything is in factory range on the unit right now duct work has already been cleaned as well no recommendations at the moment.
Costumer was confused because system was set to be at 71 by 6:30 and when they woke up at 6:15 the system was already running I told them that is how the system is supposed to function because she said before system cuts on it’s about 65 in the house and I told them it would prob take about 30-45 minutes of heating before reaching set temperature which means the system probably comes on around 5:45-6

Changed blower motor speed. System is operating normal at this time.
Found upstairs system flame safety system reading below manufacturer specs. Found single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found pitted Contactor assembly

Found complete air movement system bad. Also found electronic circuit board bad. Found single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the indoor fan is getting damaged. Will order parts and return to replace.
Unit is running in factory range costumer had a few questions about thermostat
Checked through both heat and ac for both systems both units are in factory range right now. Did see in notes that upstairs system had problems that have been fixed by home warranty those parts are all also in factory range and I replaced filters.
Unit is now running properly
Put on new board system still doing same thing senior tech is coming tomorrow.
Communication unit
Put on control board unit is now running well.
Ductwork cleaning and sanitize for the first and second floor.
