Arrived to perform maintenance. System is 2022 York Furnace/AC which services the whole home. Perform test/inspection of all heating components along with heating operation. Also cleaned flame safety system and burners. System is operating at manufacturer’s specifications at this time. Homeowner has concerns of airflow in the home. Duct system is about 15 years old. Discussed with homeowner the duct system and velocity issues being the room with the most concern is the farthest away from the unit. Recommended redesigning duct system to increase velocity in the troubled areas. Homeowner will talk with his wife before deciding on project manager appointment. Financing available with monthly payment options as low as $75. Thank you for choosing Heroes Heating And Cooling!
Arrived to perform heating maintenance. Systems are 2022 Coleman heat pump which services the first floor of the home and 2011 Coleman heat pump which services the second floor of the home. Performed test/inspection of all components within the systems. Found first floor system operating within manufacturer’s specifications at this time. During maintenance of second floor system found some areas of concern. Found the exhaust removal fan hot to the touch as well as operating with high amperage which indicates future motor failure. Also found the indoor heat transfer coil severely rusted which will result in refrigerant leaks from the coil. Informed homeowner of findings and discussed repair options. Homeowner will review options. Thank you for choosing Heroes Heating And Cooling!
