This business does it right
Heroes Heating and Cooling continues to impress me long after the sale of a new unit for my house. The same competent service technicians have been coming to my house for service appointments for years so I guess they must be treating their employees well to have low turnover. They are always on time, neat, tidy, respectful, and accommodating. It's shocking how fast they get here to correct any problems, even in the busy season. Zach even took a moment to help me get a few Christmas decoration boxes down from the attic! Thank you, Heroes!

Found single start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time the downstairs system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Found Contactor assembly pitted. Costumer has 4 systems two upstairs and two downstairs. When I arrived the homeowner told me they knew that one upstairs and one downstairs system needs to be replaced but other two systems seem to be working. The two systems that don’t need to be replaced/repaired are in factory range currently (we have done some repairs on those two units in the past) the downstairs system that is not working properly has a bad compressor and the upstairs system has a leaking coil and broken deforst board costumer also has dirty ductwork I recommend to get systems replaced first costumer wants to hold off of repairs/replacement for now.

Checked voltage throughout unit found outside fan motor not running restarted system and fan motor mad screeching noise and came on for 5 seconds than shut down talked to Cameron and showed him video he said to go ahead and order both Condenser fan motors I sent back the information to the office to order part and let the costumer know when we can return to replace part.
