Found drain line clogged gave costumer price for cleaning it costumer wants to go ahead with reapir
Replaced thermostat told costumer basement floor won’t be able to heat probably at its current condition the system is going on to aux heat because of Freon levels being so low also found dual start and contacter pitted on that unit recommend talking to Rob about replacing system costumer wants to wait for now. 2nd and 3rd floor system was heating probably. Costumer is calling mo to pay
Inducer motor gone bad gave price for repair costumer wants to set up a time to talk to rob before going with repair.
York 16 seer heatpump system for second floor and York 15 seer AC system and 95% gas furnace for first floor. New Honeywell zone control board , new damper motors , new Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostats.
Costumer had a 2021 Coleman furnace and ac everything is in factory range system ductwork was clean no recommendations at the moment.
Told costumer I recommend swapping out contacter assembly due to it being worn down costumer wants to go ahead with repair Swapped out contacter and system is now working properly Gave Cameron costumers card information to run payment
Found thermostat with passcode and costumer wasn’t sure what it was told them I would need to replace it system is now working properly
Everything in heat/ac gas pack looked good no vapor barrier in crawl space told costumer I recommend talking to company adviser about getting it added. Costumer said they will get back to us whenever they want to get it done but for now wants to think about it.
York 15 seer air conditioner and 80% gas furnace.
York 14 seer gas package system for whole house. New foundation pad, new Honeywell thermostat, new metal ductwork hood.
Found system flame safety system bad. Also found ignition system going bad. Found Contactor assembly pitted. Will return tomorrow to replace all parts.
Found system combustion system making loud noise. Told customer combustion system is on its way out. Also flame safety system is reading below manufacturer spaces. Also found dual start assembly reading below manufacturer spaces. Told customer every time system starts the compressor is getting damaged.
Found system combustion system bad. Also found weak flame safety system. Found single and dual start assemblies reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor and both compressor and outdoor fan motor are getting damaged. Also foud pitted contractor assembly. Have customer options for repairs. Customer wants comfort advisor to call him Monday to schedule
Checked through full system heat and ac everything was in factory range and unit is running properly
Checked through 2017 furnace and 2024 gas pack everything was in factory range on both units no recommendations at the moment
Returned to install furnace pressure switch. Installed new furnace pressure switch. System is running now
Found cracked heat exchanger also noticed that we recommend replacing flame sensor on maintenance visit showed costumer options to get replaced need to get approved
Found contacter short need to return tomorrow to replace contacter

Found Enduser motor making weird noice and not letting flame catch costumer wants to talk to Rob about possibly replacing unit.
Found system operating within manufacturer specs. Told customer recommend customer maintenance system. Customer wants to hold off
Found low voltage dis keep blowing. Tech support came out to troubleshoot. They recommend changing complete thermostat wire.
Diagnosed bad breaker need to still collect second half of payment when we install told costumer the office would call and tell her what time we will return to replace it.
Checked through full 2023 York furnace and ac everything is in factory range ducts have already been cleaned no recommendations at this moment.
