Found blower motor bad need to order new one and replace under warranty
Found system thermostat on 62. Told customer she has to set thermostat higher
Called costumer to inform them that I was otw costumer canceled appointment
York 14 seer heatpump package system. New thermostat, new foundation pad, new metal ductwork hood. Installation 1-16-25.

Was a service call not a maintenance costumer said heat was not reaching certain temp when I arrived I bumped thermostat to 72 and it satisfied in a couple of minutes told costumer that the system is running properly right now.
Both heat pumps looked good saw that in history I recommend to replace coil talked to costumer about it and he said they evidently got it replaced because evap coil had no freon left.
York 14 seer heatpump system for second floor. New thermostat, new emergency pan , new foundation pad.

Found coil completely out of Freon and system depending on aux heat told costumer they would need to replace coil costumer is going to talk to Rob before making decision on fixing
Costumer said outdoor unit night before wouldn’t come on when I arrived unit was working properly I turned it on and off multiple times and system continued to work told costumer if it was to happen again to give us a call but it’s working properly right now
Found system heater kit Contactor assembly pitted. Also found single start assembly reading below manufacturer specs. Told customer every time system starts the blower motor is getting damaged. Also found no vapor barrier. Told customer about issues. Customer wants to leave system the way it is.
Found upstairs left side system blower motor and wheel bad. Also found downstairs front right thermostat constantly passing power to aux heat. Customer has a bad thermostat
Goodman 15 seer air conditioner and 80% gas furnace for whole house. Replace existing zone system and thermostats. Add Honeywell whole house filter at gas furnace.
Unit was creating moisture from all doors of the building be open went ahead and cleared drain line from outside anyway.
Checks out both 2021 Coleman heat pumps both are in factory range noticed that vapor barrier under house was in bad condition recommend talking to company adviser as soon as possible.
Checked all systems found that all units are working in factory range other than 2002 rooftop unit low on charge heater kit gone bad dual start is weak told costumer I recommend talking to company adviser about replacement he said he was aware of the issue and still wants to hold off for now
Unit was running properly when I arrived senior tech is going back to double check later today
Wire looked loose on dual start fixed wire unit is now cooling properly now.
Checked through both systems found upstairs unit coil leaking told the customer I recommend getting coil fix while it’s still under warranty they want to get emailed the invoice and thing about it.
Found system drain line clogged. Unclogged drain line. System is cooling normal at this time
Found system drain pan full of water. Also found dual start assembly reading below manufacture specs. Told customer every time system starts the compressor and outdoor fan are getting damaged. Found breaker for air handler tripped. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Also replaced dual start assembly. Upon further inspection found bad air movement system. Bypassed air movements system and system kicked on. Upon further inspection found bad transformer assembly. Told customer I think they had a electrical burn out. Gave customer options to replace air movement system and transformer. Customer wants to talk to comfort advisor about replacement. Told customer we will credit customer back money spent tonight towards replacement
Found system heater kit going bad. Checked system and system is cooling at this time
Checked both systems everything looked good another than the upstair pressures were low client thinks it’s working fine and isn’t worried about it right now.
